Orders and pricing

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable. An order is confirmed once we verify it by phone or SMS. We may cancel orders that cannot be verified, are out of stock, or contain an obvious pricing error — you will be notified and any payment refunded in full.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery nationwide, and bKash, Nagad, and Visa/Mastercard where available. Online payments are confirmed only after verification by the payment provider.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery; please inspect fragile items before the courier leaves where possible.

Returns and warranty

See our Returns & Refunds policy. Manufacturer warranties (e.g. for appliances and Kiam cookware) are honoured according to the brand's terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
