Returns & Refunds
Not happy with a purchase? You have 7 days from delivery to return it.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging with all accessories and tags.
- Damaged-on-arrival or incorrect items are replaced or refunded free of charge — report within 48 hours with photos.
- For hygiene reasons, opened food-contact items (e.g. used cookware) cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Gift hampers with consumables can only be returned if unopened.
How to request a return
- Sign in, open the order in My Orders and choose “Request return”, or contact us with your order number.
- We arrange courier pick-up (Dhaka) or share the return address (outside Dhaka).
- Once received and checked, refunds are issued within 3–5 working days via bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.
Refund method
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to your bKash/Nagad number or bank account. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method.
